At Jeffree Star Cosmetics, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. Please read our Return Policy below for details on how to process returns or exchanges.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, for health and safety reasons.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@jeffreestarcosemtics.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.
  4. Refund/Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, and exchanges will be sent to the shipping address provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products, including lipsticks, glosses, and skincare items
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Sale or clearance items

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@jeffreestarcosemtics.store with details about the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect products and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different color, size, or shade, please contact us for an exchange request. You will need to return the original item before a new item is sent. If there is a price difference, you may need to pay the additional amount.


7. Final Sale Items

Some products may be marked as “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will be clearly labeled on the product page.
