1. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and the weight of your order.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (Available for most orders)
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (Available for orders placed before 12 PM local time)
Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 12 PM local time may not be processed until the next business day.
3. Shipping Destinations
- Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working on expanding our shipping options.
- Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or freight forwarding services.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
5. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and can vary based on factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date but will always notify you if there are any issues with your order.
6. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@jeffreestarcosemtics.store within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged items, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, if your tracking information shows that your package was marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier for assistance.
8. Order Modifications & Address Changes
Once your order has been processed, we cannot modify the shipping address or make changes to the order. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
9. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is delivered to us.
